As first impressions go, they don’t get much better than this, the debut release from North East five-piece Fractions.
The synth pop vibrancy of their first single ‘Breathe’ is an absolute pleasure for the ears with its electronic drums, guitars and bass all conspiring to provide the perfect undercurrent for the band’s female vocalist to really take centre stage.
Gold Flake Paint, Indie Obsessive and Tune Army have already picked up on the band’s potential and with a few more tracks hopefully on the way in the not too distant future, it won’t be long until others take notice too.
It’s fresh, exciting and perhaps most importantly, it’s relevant. Check it out below.
